So Much For That Awesome Technology

Ali's internet hookup has been down all day and therefore, no blog posts. The hospital apologizes to all of you.

I just got to work after spending a couple of hours at the hospital this morning. Kristin stayed with Ali last night which allowed me to catch up on some much needed sleep - and boy did I take advantage - at least 9.5 hours worth which is more than I have gotten in a long time.

There is really no update as to Ali and the baby - everything is the same, and that is the way we like it. She was hooked up to the monitors for a half hour while I was there and she had one contraction in that time, one that Ali didn't know she had. The nurse said that was great. Baby's heart rate averaged around 128 while I was watching.

We finished our preliminary list of names this morning as well. Larry Bob and Bob Larry are officially out. Eleanor is on the list - that's really the craziest addition. I think I had a Great Aunt Nell that I met a while back - Hunt's you can chime in on that one in the comments - or I will ask my parents this afternoon.

Just so everyone knows, visiting hours are posted for different times in the couple of things we have seen. Truth is, I don't think they really care as long as you aren't having a party. No kids under 12 allowed is another rule. I will most likely play lobby babysitter for Addy when she comes up this afternoon.

I need to get some work done. I will post something before I head over to qualm any crazy thoughts anyone might be having due to lack of posting.

Hey guys. I wish we lived closer so we could come and entertain you guys. I have a very funny husband, ya know! He makes me laugh all the time. I hope you guys keep getting good news. Tell Baby Hunt that Baby Moore said to stay put a few more weeks. We will continue to keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. Good luck.
