Nanny came to visit us last week and she left, leaving us with an additional family member. For those of you that don't know who this is (which I doubt is anyone), meet Dora. From Dora the Explorer!
Dora was hanging from the ceiling of The American Balloon Company in downtown Glen Ellyn. We passed by, taking a look at her through the window, along with 2 Spider Men, and went on our merry way. As we were walking back to our car after lunch, there was a woman getting into her car holding Dora. Ethan was instantly in love! And you know what happens when a toddler in love with something crosses paths with his nanny?!?!
Dora comes home with you! Contrary to what we thought, Dora is not an actual balloon, she is a blow up toy (think pool toy that you blow air into). Know what that means?!?! Dora is living in my house forever! She will never deflate and get kindly placed in the trash. She is the gift that keeps on giving!

Ethan is totally smitten with his new friend. Although she is losing some interest, she has eaten dinner with us the past few nights and is kindly placed in Ethan's big chair every night. One thing wrong with Dora...she is missing her map and Ethan is dead set on making a map for her so she won't get lost. Oy Vie!

Ethan needs to come back to Indy and go see Dora and Diego at the Children's Museum!
